  • 轉子系統因其在航空發動機和燃氣輪機中的重要地位被密切關注,近年頻發的多起空難意外與發動機失效有關,尤以轉子系統中的裂紋影響最為顯著,因此各大國積極推進其動態特性及故障診斷的創新性研究。申請人前期研究給出了軸-圓盤-葉片單轉子系統的耦合振動特性規律,描述了裂紋葉片破壞系統週期性耦合的現象。鑒於此,本書擬以發動機轉子系統為研究對象,提出發動機轉子全系統耦合振動特性關係的概念;對轉子系統中熱彈耦合非線性振動特性的問題,開展多因素耦合振動特性及多參數綜合作用的轉子系統理論模型與實驗研究,揭示發動機轉子系統結構及熱彈耦合非線性振動特性的影響機理及規律;最後依此規律,給出改進措施。本專案為發動機轉子系統結構及熱彈耦合振動特性及其裂紋診斷提供理論基礎和科學依據,並初步建立一套系統存在裂紋缺陷的診斷技術,為航空發動機和燃氣輪機設計、研發與改善提供參考。
     
    Summary

    Due to its important position in aero-engines and gas turbines, the rotor system has been paid close attention to. In recent years, a number of frequent air accidents are related to engine failure, especially the cracks in the rotor system have the most significant impact. Therefore, many countries are actively promoting innovative research on its dynamic characteristics, reliability and fault diagnosis. The previous study of the applicant provided the coupled vibration characteristics of the shaft -disc-blade single rotor system and described the periodic coupling phenomenon of the cracked blade failure system. In view of these, this book intends to take the engine rotor system as the research object and put forward the concept of the coupling vibration characteristic relationship of the engine rotor system. The theoretical model and experimental study of multi-factor coupled vibration characteristics and multi-parameter combined action of the engine rotor system are carried out to reveal the influence mechanism and rule of the thermo-elastic nonlinear vibration characteristics of the engine rotor system structure. Finally, according to this rule, the improvement measures are given and the influence of the improvement on system reliability is analyzed. This project provides the theoretical basis and scientific basis for the thermo-elastic coupled vibration characteristics of the engine rotor system and its crack diagnosis, and initially establishes a set of diagnostic technology for the system's crack defects, which provides a reference for the system design, research & development and improvement of the aero-engines and gas turbines.

    邱亦睿,1973年5月出生,臺灣花蓮縣人,廈門理工學院教授,臺灣科技大學機械博士,臺灣大學機械系及土木系博士後。2021年度福建省B類高層次人才。2018年度福建省引進高層次創業創新人才(臺灣人才項目)。2013年度浙江省錢江人才。中國振動工程學會轉子動力學專業委員會委員。第十四屆挑戰杯全國大學生課外學術科技作品競賽優秀指導教師。2022年度廈門市B類高層次人才。2017年度廈門市臺灣特聘專家。廈門市「海納百川」人才計畫,第三批金鷺英才。IJCST等,SCI多個期刊編委。臺灣多所高校博士研究生導師。廈門市中等法院,知識產權法庭,知識產權審判諮詢專家。主持各級別基金專案24項。在國內外期刊發表論文101篇,45篇被SCI收錄或錄用。論文被引603次,H-index為14。授權發明專利3件,公開或申請發明專利13件及授權實用新型專利31件。指導學生獲國家獎學金及挑戰杯科技作品競賽全國三等獎等共61項。指導學生獲國家級創業實踐專案等科研專案立項23項。指導碩士研究生升學攻讀西安交通大學等博士班3人。目前科研團隊成員5人(邱亦睿、楊嘉豪、簡賸瑞、郝晉輝、陳睿騰),教授3人,副教授2人。團隊主要成員的研究領域跨越振動學、轉子動力學、數位孿生技術、深度學習、車輛安全技術、汽車多體運動學與動力學分析、材料微結構與力學特性分析、老人輔助器具、半導體晶圓設備、太陽能混合動力車、心理文化學、形態發生學。

    Yi-Jui Chiu obtained PHD degree in Department of mechanical engineering, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, in 2008. Post-Doctor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Department of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University. He is a professor in Xiamen University of Technology. Special field of study: Vibration, Rotor dynamics, Digital twin technology, Deep learning, Biology, economic and social control theory, Elderly assistive devices, Semiconductor wafer devices, Backpack assisted devices, Solar hybrid vehicles, Biomechanics, Molecular dynamics.
